profile blocks the "Proxy" category, then you cannot apply it to the
Explicit Proxy policy, as it includes the "Proxy.HTTP" application. One
solution would be to block the "Proxy" ...

We resolved the issue. We had to convert the script file to unix using
dos2unix tool, as it has some extra characters in the script, which were
