Did you try to upgrade earlier as well? There are some rpms of 7.4.3 and others are of 7.4.0. Please share the log file on my email. schaudhari@fortinet.com

Share the output of below commad separately rpm -qa | grep cyops And please download the file 7.4.3-3294.log from location /var/log/cyops/install and share this file
