Hi Any one knows why I get this, uninstalled ,repair , cleaned all folders , reinstall still get .See attached file

No not yet, I installed it once and it worked, then the customer said u don't need to use vpn so I uninstalled it, but then they say I need the VPN , so I installed it again but then get this error.I have cleaned all folder's I can think of- program ...
