We spoke to S1 and they asked us to upgrade the S1 Client (We were on
the same version as you)We upgraded to version 24.1.4.257 and that
appears to have resolved the issue.
We have had 2 open cases with Fortigate support. Both were closed
without resolution. They stated that we need be purchase client support
in order to get help with the client.
