Thanks for the reply dicatalin. Indeed simple is best. However I was
looking to explore the HTML feature in the template , to make the emails
look more nicer.
I did a trial run of a small html design I created. It works well at
least in the preview tab. Is there any way to add more attributes to the
email template. I only have a limited set of attributes to insert in the
email.
