Not in our case. For historical utilization we would have to store those
events for summarization and hope that things stay in sync. Even if we
were to use events on the FortiGate to trigger tracking events (+1, -1,
etc) there's still the possibility...
Sort of, but in our environment we always keep policy entries 1:1 (per
flow) which wouldn't work here since the traffic would be dropped as
no-match on the first WAN policy entry and never be passed down to the
2nd.
