Technical Tip: Record, Delete, Backup and Restore FortiVoice Auto Attendant (D-Series)

Description
This article explains how to record a new auto attendant in a D-Series FortiVoice and how to backup, restore or delete an existing one.

Solution
Record a new auto attendant:

1) Go to Call Features -> Auto Attendants
2) Click on right blue arrow to expand the auto attendant
3) Click on the "record" icon and select the extension to be used to record the auto attendant

Backup/Restore or delete an existing auto attendant:

1) Go to Status -> Storage -> Status

2) Click on the auto attendant field you want to edit

3) Select the action you want to perform with the selected auto attendant: 

- "Upload" (Restore)

- "Download" (Backup)

- "Delete"
