This article explains how to register a 370i or 470i phone to a first generation B series FortiVoice unit or older TalkSwitch phone system.
Note that the phone will have basic phone functions and that programming will be needed to be done on the phone directly.

Solution
Go to Troubleshooting > VoIP and make a note of the SIP Signalling port as shown below:
370i Settings
Create the extension for the 370i with the settings as shown below. The name, extension number, 'User name' and 'Password' fields may all be changed. Use the values shown as examples as these will be needed for the manual configuration on the phone.
On the 370i phone press the menu button > select '1. Status' > Enter and it will display the IP address of the phone. Open a web browser and enter the IP of the phone in the address field.
Login credentials of the phone are username: admin and password: 23646
Complete the above by selecting the 'Confirm' button at the bottom of the page. If the settings are successful the phone should display 'Registered' at the top of the page beside 'Register Status'.
