Can I downgrade a customers collector version it does not match the Supervisor

Some has installed 7.2.2 and 7.1.4 Collector version... The Super is at 7.1.3

I do not want to risk consistencies or malfunction as this violates the version compatibility rules of

Collector version <= Supervisor Versions.

Can I use the remote image server utility to send down a lower version or do I have to reapply the correct version  manually I cannot seem to get an answer where I look.

Thanks, Karl

Hello @KarlH,

Unfortunately, downgrading FSM-instances is not supported, as this is a script that runs and performs all the database changes (in contrast to firmware upgrades/downgrades e.g. on FortiGates, where you can really speak of an "image").

In case of a collector, it would be best to re-install the device, as there are very few steps to connect to the cluster.

Best,

Christian
