Description
This article describes how to disable Telnet and SSH from FortiManager GUI.

Solution
- To permit any user not to see telnet and SSH option, configure admin profile and select option 'Terminal Access' read only and select 'Apply'.

- Now attached this admin profile to any user.

- User will not be able to see telnet and ssh option once logged.

1) Create admin profile.

Select option 'Terminal Access' as read only and other options as per requirement.

2) Create admin user and apply the profile created in Step 1).

Best Practice.

As a best practice, it is recommended to disable the telnet and SSH at Firewall interface level.
