The server mode FortiMail is set up and webmail users can access the domain address book.
This article describes how to configure Thunderbird and access to the FortiMail address book.
Solution
Open up the Address Book in Thunderbird and create a new LDAP going to: File –> New -> LDAP DIrectory
In the offline section select 'Download Now'.
If 'Replication Succeeded' message appears, the set up has been configured correctly.
