Description

This article describes how to detect WAN IP blacklist status and submitting the request to the FortiGuard team to review the IP.

Solution

Check WAN IP details in the dashboard is possible.

Sometimes, issues will be noticed like this is possible to ping the public IPs and domains but not able to access the webpages.

Verify the IP blacklist status by below FortiGuard link:
https://www.fortiguard.com/services/antispam

Mention the public IP and check for the status.

If the IP is blacklisted then there will be a review options auto-generated on the page and submitting the review will be possible.
