Description This article describes how to disable Telnet access for FortiExtender when connected over Cloud.
Solution - Get access to FortiExtender via SSJ and make below change:
FEXT # config system interface FEXT (interface) edit ? <----- To check list of interfaces. Wan lo lan lte1
FEXT (interface) edit lan FX201E5919-----4 (lan) show full <----- To verify if Telnet/SSH is enabled or disabled. FEXT (lan) set allowaccess http https ssh ping capwap <----- to enable required administrative access except Telnet. FEXT (lan) show full <----- To verify if all other access are still permitted. FEXT (lan) end FEXT#
Note : If SSH and Telnet are both disabled and to revert the change console access to FortiExtender.
