Description This article describes a solution for the issue where the user is unable to see the token and error, 'The user can not use this org', prompted when downloading Detector.
Scope FortiDevice.
Solution

Issue:

 

  1. No token shown.

Solution:

The respective user needs to be added as a member of the organization.
