Unable to ping LAN while successfully connected with fortigate 100E

i am using Fortigate 100 E with client ip range ( When my any client/remote user gets some specific ips like ( and after successfully connected with forticlient software,  they unable to ping LAN. There is no issue with any other ip. Mean, if a remote user gets ip or 2 it will be able to ping LAN. What could be the reason? Any help please.

Please check the firewall policy with vpn as well as icmp allowed or not. also verify destination having unable the icmp or not.

Thanks Gopal for your reply. Honestly speaking, Problem has been resolved by upgrading Firmware and rebooting the firewall. :)
