Meru sticky user

hi

Recentely I installed a network for one of my customers with meru products but some thing wiered happens. When we go beneath

an specific access point, my mobile connects to another access point far from the one that I stand beneath that!!

Why this happens? Does anybody can help me in this case?

Hi Amin,

There are a couple of reasons that this can happen.  Please allow me to gather some information to assist you.  

What AP are you using?  

What Controller and which firmware version?

Are you using Virtual Cell or Native mode?

What is the client you are using to connect with and does it have an 802.11ac radio?
