We have a Financial Customer looking for a UTM solution for his Branch offices with cloud sandbox technology. One requirement is " Maximum 1 hour to update the antivirus database against unknown malware identified in the controlled environment (Sandboxing)" . I could not find this information in Fortinet documentation, just the turnaround time (10 min to 10 hours).
This is a key point to customer and we are competing with PAN (Which apparently does it).
