fortiwifi 60d
hi.
it's like half an year that i have this problem. i'm trying with Fortinet support but there is no luck.
after 5-10 min using wifi. it's dead.
there is no ping to the firewall.
PING 192.168.100.254 (192.168.100.254): 56 data bytes Request timeout for icmp_seq 0 Request timeout for icmp_seq 1 Request timeout for icmp_seq 2 Request timeout for icmp_seq 3
i try a lot of things. but nothing helps.
i'm using the last version of FortiOs 5.4

is allowaccess ping enable on the FWF wireless interface
Does the wireless monitor show your associated to the FWF60D
did you execute any diag debug flow output

Have you tried a factory reset? Do you lost the pings over WIFI and LAN or only over WIFI?
If it's on both sites.
Whats happens when you disable Wifi? Do you have the same problem again?

2. both. but the lan goes down after few hours. or few minutes.
3. when the network is down. i turn off the wifi and reconnect and it's works

Very strange behavior. I have never seen those before.
Have you take a look on crashlogs if some exists.
diag debug crashlog
If nothing is shown then none exists.
Can you tell us what you have already tried?
So we do not need to ask you things that you have already done before.

hi i try this command, no output.
because this FortiOs don't support logging to disk
i try put the wifi and internal lan in the same interface.(same class)
i disable all the features.
i did a lot.
