enable cdp fortiswitch 448D

we have connected a stack of fortiswitch 448D's to an existing Cisco network environment but when I run "show cdp neighbor" on the cisco equipment we do not see the fortiswitch's. The 448D's are currently in unmanaged mode (not suing fortilink). Do I just need to enable lldp? Is lldp not enabled by default?

LLDP is enabled by default but not CDP.. You need to enable CDP and this requires LLDP to be running...

config switch physical-port

edit port <port>

set cdp-status disable | rx-only | tx-only | tx-rx

So does this have to be done on a per-port basis?

How would I enable this globally on the switch?
