block showmypc

Dear All, I tested App Control to block showmypc on my FGT 310B with 4.9.6. App control can' t block the showmypc , but i can see blocked sucess in the log. Is anyone know how to solve this problem? PS: showmypc is software for the Desktop Sharing. http://www.showmypc.com/

Can you put information about your Fortigate OS version? I have FortiOS 4.0 MR3 patch7, and able to block showmypc successfully.
