allow port access for specific ip

I have access to port 25 and port 587 from one of our servers,

I want to add access to these ports to another IP address,
I tried to work with

But I don't have the same options as stated there.

Firstly, you need to find an existing firewall policy for this traffic. After that, you can add the new IP address to the source column. Thats enough for your request.
