Whatsapp web is allow with Download File but file still not downloading

Hi,

we have the policy to block social media and collaboration as well. so I have added whatsapp web and File download in exemption but files are not downloading where I can chat.

I am using flow-based policy with certificate_inspection

I tried with Deep_inspection and I have added *.whatsapp.net & *.whatsapp.com in  "Exempt from SSL Inspection" under address but no use.

Please trying using Proxy based inspection on the policy.
