WPA2 Enterprise with authentication local not working

I am experiencing an issue whereby computers with pending windows security updates are not authenticating.

Hello
Probably because some TLS version or cipher suites are not supported anymore.
Try either update them on your clients, or temporarily loosen your TLS configuration by using TLS 1.1 or 1.0 with older ciphers, then disable them again once security updates are done.
