VDOM

Does any have Vlans and Vdoms configured? I have a transparent Vdom with multiple Vlans and but I am unable to establish a sessions to any device behind the Fortigate. I an able to ping devices but not to establish sessions.

Your problem is not very clear. Can you answer the following; Are you in transparent mode? Do you have the firewall policies present for the traffic that you want to allow?

your gonna have to do some routing or some inter-vdom traffic it sounds like..
