V4.0 themes

Is there a way to get the device to remember which theme you last used? Recently updated FortiMail to V4.0.1 and prefer the old green color scheme that was on the previous firmware release

thats coming in 4.2

It' s already there; To switch between the available display colors, click the Next Theme button located at the top of the web-based manager.

I found how you can set which theme you use and a way for it to remember it.. Go to System>Administrator and edit your account. At the bottom is an option to select which theme you would like to use.
