Updating Cached Credentials over VPN

Hi,

We use ManageEngine's ADSelfService Plus product. We want to activate the Updating Cached Credentials over VPN feature. However, if you are using Forticlient version above 7.0.2 by ManageEngine, the CLI is not supported. We received a response saying please contact Fortinet support for this. Can you provide support regarding the issue?

You can review the document below for the configuration we want to make.

You seem to be sharing a link from an internal domain, since the domain name does not resolve from anywhere in the world in general: https://dnschecker.org/#A/ad360.protel.com.tr

This may be relevant - https://docs.fortinet.com/document/forticlient/7.0.10/windows-release-notes/22791/resolved-issues
Fixed:
805880 - SSL VPN command linedoes not work with SSL VPN connection.

Note that this will only be relevant if the tool you're using is utilizing the CLI VPN tool "FortiSSLVPNclient.exe". I'm not familiar with ADSelfService Plus so I cannot be certain.
