The config file may contain errors. FGT40F

My Fortigate give errors on boot after factoryreset.

As you have already performed factory reset, these are not configuration errors.

 

These errors are related to ffdb version change from 7.0.x to 7.2.x. The config-error-log messages are expected when FortiOS 7.2.x is parsing through an FFDB package that is from an earlier FortiOS version. Please run 'execute update-now' and wait for few minutes to complete the update. You will require an Internet connection for Fortigate to connect to the FortiGuard server for updates.

 

Please run 'diagnose debug config-error-log read' once the update is completed and see if the message disappears.
