Sending syslog to ManageEngine Server

What is the difference between sending syslog information to our FortiAnalyzer or sending to a 3rd party syslog server like ManageEngine Eventlog Analyzer ?

Will we get different reports

The difference is the very high number of features offered by FortiAnalyzer . Reports,alerts.charts,automation options. event-triggers etc are some .
