SSL VPN Client with Windows 8.1

Is anyone else having issues with the SSL VPN Client when using Windows8.1? I have several clients that can no longer connect using the client from 5.0-4. I found a workaround but it makes no real sense to me. If I install the client and configure it to connect it will fail at 40% saying that the host is not responding. No errors in the Fotigate logs. But if I use the web interface for the VPN and start the client from there it works fine. Has anyone else seen this and have a fix?

Un-installing and re-installing seems to help. The problem seems to be related to a Microsoft Patch.
