In case of rdp, i am assuming you have created a bookmark for it.
Depending on what your path from web vpn firewall to rdp server looks like, there may be a lot of causes including other firewalls (if any), access lists on devices etc. If so, ensure you have allowed this rdp server access through these devices also.
Use diag sniffer packet any "port 3389" 4 on web vpn firewall to see if traffic is getting a response back.
