Quarantine: Email Release via OWA 2013

Has anyone encountered a problem using email release method via outlook web access 2013? I know it' s a rarely used feature, so if someone with 2013 could try and let me know their experience, it would be greatly appreciated. It' s fairly easy to replicate. When clicking release or delete for individual quarantine emails, the subject line does not get populated. Strangely enough, it does get populated for the " delete all" email method and that is working. There is a ticket open, and has been escalated to developers so I don' t know the timeframe of fix (if there is one). It does not seem that exchange 2013 is a commonly tested scenario.
