POLL: Do you like the new webgui or not?

POLL: Do you like the new webgui or not? YES or NO. I say NO [or give us loyal customers the themes like the fortimail has, that would be AWESOME]

I' m not the greatest fan of the new GUI either, I found the old one very usable. The theme approach would be great. Though keep in mind that this is a firewall appliance, not a forum hosting website machine :)

I' m indifferent -- just give me a capable product that works and doesn' t have show-stopping bugs on a non-beta firmware release. I' m sure the GUI was driven by marketing. Fortinet wants to go after new blood, and they are not going to impress anyone with a green gui that looks 10 years old (even if " old timers" like it). In order to stay competitive, the firewall will need features and eye candy that put it on par with other major FW vendors, especially those that call themselves " next generation firewalls" . That said, themes would be nice.

I like it but I' ve been using it for a month or two (beta testing) so I' ve gotten used to it. I did, however, complain during testing that the " Dials" on the Systems Resources widget looked lame.

Another minor annoyance is that there is no " expand all/collapse all" button. For example if I have all sub-items in the " System" section expanded there is no easy way to collapse them all. They have to be manually collapsed one at a time.

I like it, but you need to get used to it. And yes, there are some thing that could be better, but overall i think its a nice GUI, just give it a chance !

Sadly the new Gui is pretty unusable in Opera, as right click menu is not supported. :-( I like the look and the strict vertical menus without Tabs. If they integrate Opera i' d be happy

First of all.... Why did they change the GUI....?? The " Green" Theme worked and still works OK. If the Fortigate Development Team has some spare time to redesign a GUI... do some bug fixing first... thank you... So i would say... Stick to the GREEN .... best i have seen!

I' ve see the webui change from 2.5 and 2.8 and 3.0 and all was nice and simple and minor. This new webUI is just horrible, So put me down for a big no as in I don' t like it at all.

Personally, I don' t think this theme/WebUI is that bad. Mind you, I come from (mostly) configuring SBOXs, ATERAs and such.
