Oracle Forms Application time out

Dear All,

Anyone can help plz. We are having an application server which communicate with a oracle database. In the same vlan we are having pc's and thin client. The pc's are working fine without any problem but all the client's which are using the thin client to connect via the TS server (RDS) and then access the application server in the back end the oracle database are getting time out after some time. we have been increasing the ttl for the oracle port but still the problem still persist.  Anyone ever experiencing this kind of problem may help.

What to change oracle port ttl value. I suggest 28800
