Not Receiving Email Alerts From FortiAnalyzer

We're running 5.4.1 on the analyzer I've configured it for us to receive alerts but we're not receiving them. 

I am a little confused, I've configured the mail server w/o the email account (under system settings) but under the event handler what should the "from" email address be?

I have it set to the "to" email address which should be our distribution group. 

Can anyone help ?

Hello.. 

You can run below debug to check if FAZ is actually sending the alert email.

This will tell you if issue is with FAZ or your email server.

 

FAZ # diagnose debug application fazmaild 8 FAZ # diagnose debug enable

 

Alternatively try different email domain.
