Need to capture logs during high cpu issue

Hi team I have been facing issue while capturing real time logs when the FGT CPU crosses 90%.

The only way to resolve the issue is to reboot since FGT is not accessible during the time of issue

can someone guide me on how to capture or run script to capture the output
