NTLM authentication popup

Hey guys, We have the following setup, We are using the FSSO client on an AD server that authenticates domain joined computers. However we also want to allow BYOD on the network but want them to authenticate. We have that working but I had the idea that if it was not a domain computer it would redirect users to a web page, instead a login popup occurs that tells you the site you tried to visit requires a password. This is a bit misleading to our users and instead we would like to have a web page come up that we can edit the message. I thought using a custom authentication message would solve this, but the messages are for web pages and not a authentication popup. Does anyone have any input on if a web page is possible or if a popup is the only way around this.
