Laptop does not return from hibernation or sleep mode.

I have installed Forticlient on several laptops, but the problem is that when I close the lid or put into hibernation or sleep when opening the lid or want to return from hibernation or sleep mode, will not start. If I uninstall the Forticlient working properly.

What is the model of your laptop, and what OS is it running? What are the other software installed on your system?

I have several models of laptop, all I have are laptops Lenovo brand. OS windows 7 32 and 64 bits. And the only software you have are drivers and only that.

If this results in a memory dump being generated on your system, you may place the dump file (c:\Windows\MEMORY.DMP) in a place where it could be downloaded, and send access information to forticlient-feedback@fortinet.com What is the version of FortiClient installed? Is there any competitor product (such as another AV or VPN client) on the laptops?

This problem still exists in FortiClient v5.4.1.0480.
