Fortinet 7.0.7 is not installed on windows 11
Hello,
for security reason my company force me to install fortinet 7.0.7.
I am trying to install it on windows 11 (it is running on a VM parallel and the below Operating System is Mac). Each time that I try to install forticlient using the .exe installer I receive a generic error.
How can I debug / understand which is the error below? I really need the new version of forticlient before the end of January,
Thanks to all the people that will be able to help,
Maria

Hello Maria,
Could you please elaborate whether you are trying to install FortiClient on MacOS or VM running different OS?

Hello I am trying to install the fortinet VPN 7.0.7:
The Pc is a macnnok pro with m1 processor.
I use a Virtual Machine powered by Parallel, where it is installed a windows 11 operating System. It is here where I am trying to install the software and it doesn't work.
but I don't think the problem is that the windows 11 is installed in a virtual machine, because other people are having the same problem in other laptops.
