FortiOS CLI new line character

Hi,

Does anyone know how to create a new line in a CLI script.

I'm trying to add a list of hosts to a group via a cli script. I know it can be done as I remember the trainer mentioning it on a Fortigate course but can't actually find out how to do it.

hi,

try to type 'Ctrl-V' just ahead of the newline.

At least it masks the '?' and some other special characters in FOS.

If that doesn't work I'd try backslash + newline.
