FortiNAC backup

good morning friends, a question:
I have a fortinac VM, I want to download the backup but when I click on it, nothing is downloaded.

Do you know where the backup is stored? I'm new to managing this tool and I'm lost. I have reviewed the cookbooks but it does not indicate the download.

What version of FNAC are you running?

Did you check this guide?
Usually only the DB is backup and restored, some of the network configs, licenses and certificates need to be re applied to the new VM.
