1-Modernize the interface

2-Have both global and individual configs/objects, meaning when a specific appliance is selected ONLY show objects for that device OR global and device specific objects/config

Currently every object and config is available to every device which is not the expected behavior.

3-Have all options availble in FMG that are avialable when direct on the FG device

I understand your frustration, which most of us is sharing the same. You need to contact an SE to get your requests entered as New Feature Requests. If you have a ticket opened before don't forget to get the ticket #s attached that would explain the detail why&how.

But #3 bothers me. What exactly do you see you can't configure through FMG while you can configure it at a FGT? And what's your FMG version? All should be configurable via FMG if you use "CLI Configuration" in Device Manager. If not, it should be a bug you should open a ticket.
