FortiEDR Collector dosen't install on windows server 2008 R2 Enterprise edition

Dears,

I have a new installation, and our customer has Windows Server 2008 Enterprise Edition. Once I ran the collector installer, a message popped up that I needed to KB3033929. I have searched on the internet for this KB, but all the available download links do not work.

Any Help?

I saw this post and used it but the hotfix in the link when install it on the servers didn't work with me (the server didn't accept it)
