FortiClient VPN ONLY PC vs MacOs (BigSur) - I need more deamons and configuration file

Hi everybody,

I installed Forticlient VPN Only on Mac (BigSur) and PC(windows10) and I using MFA enabling Enable Single Sign On (SSO) for VPN Tunnel. Then I noticed this behavior (or bug?):

PC owners have everything working but Mac owners not. Reading the logs I noticed that a configuration file (eptcrl.plist) necessary for my connection are not installed on mac. Unfortunately also mandatory service fmon is missing and I can't add this service to System Preferencies > Security & Privacy > Privacy > Full Disk Access like this "Special Notice" suggests:

https://docs.fortinet.com...223986/special-notices

I noticed that also the service epctrl is missing (and I suppose epctrl loads epctrl.plist)

If services and configuration files are missing, there is no access to the vpn network on mac.

If I using Forticlient ZTNA Edition on MacOs everything works fine. So, I checked filesystem and I have two services and configuration file but in this scenario I need licenses.

PC owners are more advantaged than Mac owners? Why?

I also read this topic:

https://forum.fortinet.com/tm.aspx?m=198165

this is the solution proposed:

Check in Security & Privacy fortitray needs permission when you installed for the first time. If you cant see the application uninstall the forticlient using forticlient uninstaller and reinstall again. Check again in Security & Privacy > General.  Allow fortitray app.

Obviously this not works for me.

So, I need to install Forticlient VPN Only on BigSur, having epctrl.plist and related services correctly installed.

Please, anyone could help me?

Thank you.

Marco
