FortiAuthenticator synchronization LDAP error

Problem with LDAP synchronization, an error occurs when performing the synchronization of remote users task.

Failed to sync (rule: VPN-DEFAULT-SYNC) with FAC-DC: 'NoneType' object has no attribute 'remove'

Has anyone encountered? are there solutions ?

What is the FortiAuthenticator version, if you are below 6.4.2 you may be hitting bug 769953.
