FortiAnalyzer Custom Report for blocked sites

Hello, we're trying to get a report with all the blocked sites/urls for the last month that contain the user/ip, the hostname, and date.

Can you try using the default dataset "user-drilldown-Top-Blocked-Web-Sites-By-Requests"
