Failed to download license
Hi, Based on document, I try to download and install evaluation license. But I got the error message. Anyone can help to take a look at it? Thank you very much.

Thats correct. Only one trial VM per account.
Limitations of the evaluation VM license include the following:
- Maximum of one free evaluation copy per FortiCare account

How is about accessing the Gui directly and entering the Forti account for activation?

Well, have you configured Route and DNS, and tested if both work?

@srajeswaran Thanks for your reply. I tried it, but it cannot work. I think if the link you posted above is not for trial vm version. I already setup one fortigate with trial verson successfully. so that I think one account can only support ONE Fortigate vm. Is this correct?
