FORTICLIENT VPN: Connecting
macOS Ventura 13.5.2
FortiClient VPN 7.0.9
Problem with FortinetClient VPN on macOS Ventura
After updating macOS, VPN no longer works on this Mac
Gets stuck on Connecting
Already tried removing and reinstalling APP
I use IP address to connect, no hostname
In security and privacy everything seems ok, I don't see any notifications to enable
I'll try to install previous vers of FortiClient VPN , vers 6.4
Other suggestions?
Thanks in advance
Fabrizio

Hi,
I would suggest to try 7.2.1 FCT and make sure you provide full-disk access:
https://docs.fortinet.com/document/forticlient/7.2.1/macos-release-notes/223986/special-notices
There are some BUGs on 7.0.9 Free FCT that may cause this issue:

Hello @Fumagalli ,
Try running FortiClient as an administrator. This can sometimes resolve issues related to permissions and file access. While macOS doesn't have a "compatibility mode" per se, you can try running a version of the software that you know was compatible with a previous version of macOS. You've already reinstalled the app, but you might also want to make sure that all old settings, cache files, and other remnants from the previous installation are completely removed before reinstalling. As previously mentioned by my colleague it would be good idea to update it.
