FGT100E shows disconnected in forticloud

i have one unit of FGT100E firewall showing management connectivity is down,

how do i enabled the management back again ?

when i click on the red down arrow, it says tunnel is down

Can you share the output for "show system central-management" from the specific Fortigate.
