Degraded support.fortinet.com?

Anyone else having issues with support.fortinet.com?
Connecting from Denmark, and it's now taken 1.5 hours to register 2 support contracts.. 

Seems like the site is having issues..

Disconnected during second registration - login seems forever to react...

I'm logged out, and Login does not respond.. 
Register gives a hint:

404 - File or directory not found.
The resource you are looking for might have been removed, had its name changed, or is temporarily unavailable.
