DUPLICATE VPN TUNNEL

HI, DOES ANYONE HAVE EXPERIENCE SOMETHING LIKE THIS, I REACENTLY UPDATE FROM V2.80 MR10 TO MR11, AND SO ON, I HAVE THIS PROBLEM, SOME OF MY VPN TUNNELS APEAR DUPLICATED IN THE IPSEC MONITOR, AND ALSO THE CLIENTS GOES DOWN, BUT STILL APEARING IN THE IPSEC MONITOR HOPE SOME ONE KNOW
